AREA SALES MANAGER

Permanent, Ryde & Macquarie Park, $80,000.00


Duties include:
Managing and increasing sales of your company's products 
Finishing the targets and goals set for your area 
Maintaining, establishing and expanding your customer base 
Servicing the needs of your existing customers 
Increasing business opportunities through various ways to market 
Setting sales targets for individuals and your team as a whole 
Recruiting and training sales staff members
Allocating areas to all sales representatives
 
Essential requirements:
Excellent sales and negotiation skills 
Appropriate business sense 
Proven ability to motivate and lead a team 
Personal initiative and enthusiasm 
Excellent communication and 'people skills' 
Good planning and organisational skills
Demonstrated ability to work calmly under pressure 
Proven IT, budget and report writing skills 
Foreign language skills are always increasingly useful
